You can just drag and drop this settings file to Fusion page.
Need Davinci resolve free version.
1. Create Fusion Compound in media pool
2. Drag it into timeline
3. Right click on it and select Open in Fusion
4. Drag the downloaded file to fusion node aria
5. Change font
6. Connect right bottom Merge node to Media Out
